Job summary

Trident Services Australia is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead the security team at Westfield Marion in Adelaide. This full-time role focuses on daily operations, staff development and delivering exceptional service to clients and the public.

You will work closely with centre management to ensure contractual compliance, incident management and ongoing performance improvements while maintaining a professional, customer-focused security presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within security.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound understanding of crowd management, emergency response and SA legislation.
• Current SA Security Licence (Crowd Control & Security Officer) and First Aid/CPR certification.
• Open Australian driver's licence and unrestricted working rights.

Responsibilities

• Support daily security operations to maintain a safe environment.
• Lead the security team and support performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with site procedures and WHS requirements.
• Build strong relationships with centre management, clients and emergency services.
• Oversee incident reporting, risk assessments and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Provide visible leadership and a professional security presence.
