Job summary

Securecorp is seeking motivated Security Officers to join our team across Retail sites in and around Penrith. You will deliver high-quality security services while providing exceptional customer service and responding effectively to incidents and emergencies.

Opportunities are available permanent casual reliving basis, with flexible rostering to suit a variety of availability preferences. We are seeking candidates who can commit to permanent reliever casual contracts.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Security Licence (including Crowd Controller component).
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Previous experience within the security industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level security services with a strong customer service focus.
• Conduct guarding, patrolling, and monitoring of premises.
• Manage site access control systems and ensure safety compliance.
• Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential security risks.
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records.
