Job summary

Millennium Services Group Limited is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment while delivering high-quality customer service. The role combines patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties at Erina, NSW.

You will be responsible for maintaining security protocols, responding to incidents, and reporting with accuracy. The position requires a valid licence, First Aid/CPR, and availability for day and night shifts in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• A valid Security Licence is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Previous security experience, retail experience highly regarded.
• Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts.
• Good physical fitness; patrols required.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual work history.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols to ensure safety of people, property and assets.
• Provide a professional and approachable security presence.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
• Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.

Industry: Major Retail and Shopping Center

Positions available: Full-time position

Level 2

Rate Shifts: Weekday and weekend | Day shifts

Roster:

• Monday and Tuesday - 09:00am to 21:00pm


• Saturday - 09:00am to 21:00pm


• Sunday: 10:00am to 21:00pm

About The Role
