Glad Group in Sydney is seeking experienced Security Officers for immediate start across our Retail Sites. You will perform patrols, monitor CCTV, and handle incidents with professionalism. We value strong customer service, a valid NSW Security Licence, and Senior First Aid.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for professional, customer-focused team players who demonstrate a strong track record of experience.
• Passionate about delivering high-end customer service and maintaining a professional appearance and communication.
• Hold a valid NSW Security Licence (mandatory) and a current Senior First Aid Certificate (mandatory).
• Bring proven experience in Retail or Commercial security environments.

Responsibilities

• Effective conflict resolution and incident reporting.
• Comprehensive patrols and risk assessments (Rover).
• Control room monitoring, including CCTV operations.
• Customer, client, and tenant liaison.
• Supporting loading dock operations.
