Job summary

Stratco is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to join our Penrith store team. You will be a key contact for customers, blending service with product knowledge to help shoppers find exactly what they need.

You will provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the design process, ensure pricing and displays are correct, maintain stock, collaborate with the team, keep the store presentable, and participate in training and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
• Experience within a similar environment (retail or sales).
• Availability to work full-time hours across a rotating roster.
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy.
• Good computer skills and eagerness to learn the Stratco design process.
• Previous design consulting or building experience highly desirable, but not necessary (CAD skills an advantage).

Your next chapter

Working closely with and reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a key member of the Penrith retail store team and will often be the key point of contact with our customers. You’ll blend customer service savvy with product know-how, ensuring shoppers find exactly what they need!

Broadly, your responsibilities will also encompass:
