Job summary

Stratco is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales & Design professional to help customers create inspiring spaces. You will combine sales, design, and engagement to deliver exceptional service in Stratco stores across Australia and New Zealand.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication and design sensibilities, with enthusiasm for training, teamwork, and a safe, positive workplace culture. Role is based in-store with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Design flair; DIY, design or building experience desirable.
• Willingness to engage enthusiastically with customers at Stratco.

ABOUT YOU

You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You have a natural ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and confidently guide people towards the right solution. You’ll bring:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• A person with a flair for design and creativity! Previous DIY, design or building experience is desirable (CAD skills an advantage)
• A willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy at Stratco!
