Job summary

Stratco (Australia) Pty Limited is seeking a motivated retail team member in our Penrith store. You will blend exceptional customer service with product knowledge, guiding customers through the design process and ensuring displays and pricing are accurate.

The ideal candidate has retail or sales experience, strong computer skills, and a willingness to learn the Stratco design process. This full-time role involves a rotating roster and active participation in training and development.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
• Experience in a similar retail or sales environment.
• Availability to work full-time hours across a rotating roster.
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience with energy and enthusiasm.
• Good computer skills and eagerness to learn the Stratco design process.
• Previous design consulting or building experience is desirable; CAD skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Guide customers through the design process to meet needs.
• Ensure products are correctly priced and displayed; maintain store stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members to keep the store running smoothly.
• General housekeeping to keep the store presentable.

Your next chapter

Working closely with and reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a key member of the Penrith retail store team and will often be the key point of contact with our customers. You’ll blend customer service savvy with product know-how, ensuring shoppers find exactly what they need!

Broadly, your responsibilities will also encompass:

• Providing excellent customer service

• Guiding customers through the design process

• Ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed,maintainingstore stock levels

• Collaborating with other team members to keep the store running smoothly

• General housekeeping to ensure our store is always presentable

• Participation in training and personal development sessions

• Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies, ensuring a safe working environment

The individual
