Job summary

Stratco is seeking a dynamic, people-focused individual in Adelaide to join our hybrid customer service and stock role. You’ll greet customers, process orders, and ensure on-time delivery while keeping stock moving. Back-of-house tasks include picking, packing, data entry and liaising with trades.

You’ll work with teammates and other departments to solve problems and deliver exceptional service. Stratco is Australia’s trusted building and home improvement brand with over 70 years of experience;

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience in fast-paced sales or retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Good computer skills.
• Forklift ticket or willingness to undertake training.

This is a hybrid role where no two days are the same — you’ll be front-of-house with customers one minute, then out the back keeping stock moving and orders on track the next. Your mission? Make sure every customer drives away with exactly what they need, on time, every time.

Broadly, your responsibilities will also encompass:

• Providing customer service, greeting customers and getting their orders sorted quickly and smoothly!

• Pick, pack and prepare orders so they’re ready to go when customers arrive

• Keying of orders, and associated administrative tasks
• Work with teammates and other departments to solve problems and keep things running smoothly
