Stratco, a recognised building and renovation brand in Australia, is seeking a Retail Sales & Design team member to blend sales, design and customer engagement. You will help customers create inspiring spaces and achieve home improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong design sense with DIY/building experience preferred; CAD skills are a plus.
• Ability to guide customers through design choices and provide great service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-store to drive repeat visits.
• Assist customers to find innovative Stratco solutions for home spaces.
• Guide customers through the design process to realise their vision.
• Maintain store stock levels and participate in training sessions.
• Promote a positive, safe, team-focused workplace culture.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that keeps customers coming back
• Assist customers to find innovative solutions using Stratco products and materials
• Guiding customers through the design process
• Maintaining store stock levels
• Participation in training and personal development sessions
• Champion a positive, safe and team-focused workplace culture

ABOUT YOU

You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You have a natural ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and confidently guide people towards the right solution. You’ll bring:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• A person with a flair for design and creativity! Previous DIY, design or building experience is desirable (CAD skills an advantage)
• A willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy at Stratco!
