Job summary

Beaumont Tiles is seeking a Store Experience & Visual Merchandising Lead to own presentation, shopability and customer journey across the national network of stores. Lead merchandising standards and coordinate new product rollouts while collaborating with store teams and stakeholders.

You’ll drive showroom presentation, merchandising principles and seasonal campaigns, ensuring consistent, high-quality customer experiences that support business performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in visual merchandising or multi-site retail.
• Experience leading merchandising initiatives across multiple stores or regions.
• Willingness to travel interstate occasionally.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

Store Experience & Visual Merchandising Lead

We're seeking a Store Experience & Visual Merchandising Lead to take ownership of the presentation, shopability and overall customer journey across our national network of company-owned and franchise stores. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail merchandising professional who combines creativity with commercial thinking and enjoys turning strategy into impactful in-store experiences.

Working within the Retail & Store Development team, you'll help ensure our showrooms consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience while supporting new store projects, merchandising initiatives and campaign execution throughout the network.

About the Role

You will:

• Drive visual merchandising standards and showroom presentation across the national network

About You

You are passionate about creating engaging retail environments and understand how great merchandising can influence customer engagement, sales performance and the overall customer experience.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail merchandising, store experience, or a similar multi-site retail environment
• Demonstrated success leading merchandising initiatives across multiple stores or regions
• Flexibility to undertake occasional interstate travel to support store reviews, merchandising initiatives, existing store refits / new store fitouts, and key business projects across our national network
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Knowledge of architectural building plans, visual merchandising principles, customer journey mapping and store layout optimisation
• Experience developing merchandising standards, guidelines and training materials
• Sound understanding of retail operations, category management and promotional execution
• The ability to interpret sales and performance data to improve in-store outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience within specialty retail, showroom retail, home improvement, flooring, tiles or similar industries will be highly regarded
• Formal qualifications in Visual Merchandising or a related discipline will be highly regarded
