Job summary

Crocs Melbourne Central is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences on a full-time on-site basis. You will promote Crocs products, assist customers, operate the POS system, and support store promotions and events to drive sales and loyalty.

You should be 18+, have 1–2 years in retail, be fluent in English, and willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays. Training provided and growth opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using the CROCS service approach.
• Adhere to CROCS Asset Protection policies, inventory control and compliance procedures.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Support daily retail operations: POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, and store cleanliness.
• Learn and assist in various store departments including customer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing ideas and feedback.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
• Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations such as Point of Sale (POS) system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards
• Learn & assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management
• Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that fosters the sharing of suggestions, ideas and concerns

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Must be 18 years or older
• Senior Secondary School year 12 / High School Certificate preferred
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail
• Fluent in English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
• Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email and able to operate retail Point of Sale system
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
