Job summary

Total Tools Aura in Queensland's Sunshine Coast region is seeking a Full Time Retail Sales Assistant who loves tools and trades. You will help customers, manage stock, and keep the store organized, with a strong focus on service excellence.

Ideal candidates bring warehousing or receiving experience, be detail‑oriented and tech‑literate (Excel), and hold a current forklift license. This role offers competitive wages, flexible rosters, and ongoing product training in leading brands.

Total Tools Aura is looking for a Full Time Retail Sales Assistant, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships.

What will you be doing?

• Receiving and storing goods, whilst maintaining a safe working environment
