Job summary

Total Tools Toowoomba is seeking a Full Time Receiving & Warehouse Assistant who is passionate about tools and trades. The role requires organizing stock, handling deliveries, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

You will work across receiving, inventory control, and store operations, supporting the team on the shop floor and in warehousing. Forklift license and walkie stacker experience are preferred, with flexibility to work

Job description

Total Tools Toowoomba is looking for a Full Time Receiving & Warehouse Assistant, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

This position will suit an organised and detail-orientated person, ideally with previous experience using an inventory system. You will have great communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Previous goods receiving experience is essential to exceed in this role.

What will you be doing?

• Receiving and storing goods, whilst maintaining a safe working environment
• Monitoring and overseeing inventory control
• Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
• Maintaining store storage and ensuring a safe and organised warehouse
• Assist the team to distribute inwards goods onto the retail floor and storage areas.
• Supporting customer enquiries if asked while on the retail floor.
• Maintaining store storage and ensuring a safe and organised warehouse.
• Build floor displays and ensure they are displayed in a safe manor.
• The ability to pivot and assist in all other areas of the business as required.

• Experience using a walkie stacker/forklift (with a current forklift license)
