Total Tools Lismore is seeking a Full Time Retail Sales Assistant who loves tools and trades. You will assist customers, share product knowledge, process sales, and help keep the store inviting and organized.

Role suits someone with a background in retail or trades, strong customer service, and comfort using computers. Availability on weekdays, weekends, and some holidays is preferred to support busy periods.

Competenze

• Previous retail and/or trade experience is preferred.
• Passion for tools and trades.
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable with technology and computer use.

Total Tools Lismoreis looking for a Full Time Retail Sales Assistant, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships.

What will you be doing?

• Processing sales transactions
• Providing advice and information on products
• Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
• Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store
• Processing and maintaining customer orders

Does this sound like you?

• Previous retail and/or trade experience – you might be a retail star, or a tradie looking for a break from the tools
• Has worked with, understands, and has a passion for tools
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
• Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must
• Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work
