Job summary

Saputo, Inc. through AG Warehouse is hiring a Rural Sales Assistant in Maffra, VIC. You will deliver friendly customer service, handle pricing queries, process POS transactions, and help with displays and stock handling on site.

You will join a growing team supported by Saputo and enjoy opportunities for learning, development, and progression, with an attractive hourly wage and overtime possibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, agriculture or both.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and ability to build strong relationships.
• Exposure to stock control is advantageous but not essential.
• Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office.
• Forklift license is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Providing genuine customer service and assisting customers with pricing and product queries.

• Assisting with store setup and merchandise displays.
• Receiving inwards goods, unpacking orders, and deliveries.
• Performing general banking tasks.

Join the Maffra AG Warehouse Team

Join our friendly and growing team as a Rural Sales Assistant in Maffra, VIC. In this role, you will be part of a small, close-knit team on site and over 3,000 colleagues across Australia.

Your responsibilities will include

• Providing genuine customer service and assisting customers with pricing and product queries.
• Processing point of sale (POS) transactions.
• Assisting with store setup and merchandise displays.
• Receiving inwards goods, unpacking orders, and deliveries.
• Performing general banking tasks.
• Occasionally performing heavy lifting tasks.

About you
