Job summary

AG Warehouse in Maffra, VIC is looking for a Rural Sales Assistant to join a small, on-site team. You will provide friendly customer service, handle pricing queries, and process POS transactions while supporting stock handling and displays.

Experience in retail or agriculture is preferred, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Basic MS Office proficiency is expected; forklift license is a bonus.

Join our friendly and growing team as a Rural Sales Assistant in Maffra, VIC. In this role, you will be part of a small, close-knit team on site and over 3,000 colleagues across Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing genuine customer service and assisting customers with pricing and product queries.
• Processing point of sale (POS) transactions.
• Assisting with store setup and merchandise displays.
• Receiving inwards goods, unpacking orders, and deliveries.
• Occasionally performing heavy lifting tasks.

About you

Experience in retail, agriculture or both.
