Job summary

Saputo's AG Warehouse in Cohuna, VIC is hiring a Rural Sales Assistant to provide genuine customer service, assist with pricing and product queries, process POS, support stock and deliveries. You will join a large rural retail network backed by Saputo and have opportunities for learning and career progression.

Requirements include experience in retail or agriculture, strong communication, MS Office familiarity, and the ability to build relationships. Forklift license is desirable.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing genuine customer service and assisting customers with pricing and product queries.
• Processing point of sale (POS) transactions.
• Assisting with store setup and merchandise displays.
• Receiving inwards goods, unpacking orders, and deliveries.
• Performing general banking tasks.
• Occasionally performing heavy lifting tasks.

About you

• Experience in retail, agriculture or both.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and ability to build strong relationships.
• Exposure to stock control is advantageous but not essential.
• Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office.
• Forklift license is desirable but not essential.
