Job summary

Cotton On Group is seeking a Retail Risk Partner in Geelong to lead investigations of theft, fraud and loss across Retail and Distribution centers. You’ll use data from dashboards to spotlight risks, support Area Managers and store teams, and ensure CCTV, tagging and alarm systems are properly maintained.

The role requires a focus on process improvement, collaboration with stakeholders, and a proactive approach to shrink management within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention within retail or distribution centers.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and commercial dynamics.
• Ability to conduct investigations and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HR/ER requirements is a plus.
• Experience with physical security systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage investigations related to theft, fraud, security and loss; collaborate with internal stakeholders and law enforcement.
• Leverage reporting and dashboards to identify areas needing investigation and provide clear, actionable support to Area Managers and store teams.
• Provide Security and Safety support to Retail and Distribution centers, managing security solutions.
• Identify process breakdowns and take swift action to resolve issues in collaboration with Retail and Distribution Center teams.
• Verify correct use and maintenance of CCTV, tagging, locks, safes and alarms.
• Use data analysis to enhance team performance and shrink management.
