Job summary

Jivaro Recruitment seeks a field-based Loss Prevention Leader to drive investigations into theft, fraud, and policy breaches across VIC stores, with occasional interstate travel. You’ll lead shrinkage reduction using data-driven insights, CCTV oversight, and staff training to strengthen risk management.

This critical role splits time between store visits and one day at Support Office, delivering KPI results and collaborating with law enforcement to shape LP strategy across a large retail network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in retail loss prevention, risk management, or a comparable leadership role.
• Proven experience in investigations and data analytics using BI tools and Excel.
• Strong integrity, attention to detail, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into theft, fraud, and policy breaches with thorough evidence gathering.
• Monitor shrinkage trends and implement targeted action plans.
• Conduct store reviews of cash handling and inventory management.
• Manage CCTV and physical security systems across stores.
• Deliver staff training on safety, theft prevention and emergency response.
• Collaborate with LP team and local law enforcement to strengthen operations.
