Job summary

Cotton On Group is seeking a Retail Risk Partner to lead investigations into theft, fraud, and security, while supporting store teams and distribution centers. You will use dashboards to pinpoint investigation areas and ensure effective security practices across locations.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and law enforcement as needed, driving process improvements and shrink management across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in Loss Prevention within retail and/or Distribution Centers.
• Ability to conduct investigations and collaborate with Internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HR and ER requirements.
• Strong analytical skills focused on fraud and loss prevention.
• Problem-solving mindset with a track record of execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations related to theft, fraud, security and loss.
• Leverage dashboards to identify areas requiring investigation.
• Provide clear, actionable support to Area Managers and store teams.
• Verify correct use and maintenance of CCTV, tagging, alarms and other security systems.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Risk Partner. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing investigations related to theft, fraud, security, and loss. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough investigations and collaborating closely with Internal stakeholders and law enforcement to address cases effectively.

As a Retail Risk Partner, you will leverage insights from reporting and dashboards to proactively identify areas that require investigation. You will play a crucial role in delivering clear and actionable support to Area Managers and store teams. Additionally, you will provide Security and Safety support to both Retail and Distribution centers, managing security solutions.

You will be instrumental in identifying breakdowns in processes and taking swift action to resolve issues, collaborating closely with Retail and Distribution Center teams to enhance overall performance.

In this role, you will also be responsible for verifying the correct use and maintenance of physical security systems, including CCTV, merchandise tagging, security, locks, safes, and alarms. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• In-depth understanding of Retail Operations and commercial dynamics


• Proven experience in Loss Prevention within retail and/or Distribution Centers


• Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations (preferred, not essential)


• Familiarity with relevant HR and ER requirements


• Expertise in physical security controls and systems (preferred, not essential)


• Strong analytical abilities focused on fraud and loss prevention


• Proven problem-solving skills’ & a proven track record of excellence in execution
