Job summary

Cotton On is seeking a Retail Risk Partner in Australia to lead investigations into theft, fraud and security incidents. You’ll work with store teams, area managers and Internal stakeholders to resolve cases and strengthen loss-prevention processes.

You will review dashboards, identify issues, and implement swift actions. A passion for data-driven security and improving store performance is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention within retail and distribution centers.
• Ability to conduct investigations and analyse security data.
• Understanding of HR/ER requirements and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations related to theft, fraud, security and loss.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and law enforcement as required.
• Interpret reporting and dashboards to drive corrective actions.
• Verify use and maintenance of physical security systems (CCTV, tagging, alarms).
