LSKD US, Inc. in Adelaide is seeking a Head Coach to lead our second SA store from the ground up. This isn’t a typical Store Manager role—it's your chance to shape how LSKD shows up in a new market, build a team, and turn a store opening into a movement.

You’ll be the face of the brand in the community, build a quarterly activation plan, and coach your team daily while owning roster, visuals, and sell-through from day one.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years running retail or business operations in high-volume settings.
• Proven ability to develop people and lead teams.
• Experience building community through events and partnerships.
• Ability to turn strategy into a movement with speed.
• Active lifestyle with health and movement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Preheat the market by coordinating local pre-opening events with Community Marketing.
• Build your team through group interviews and onboarding.
• Be the brand by bringing LSKD's values to life on the floor.
• Own the community with in-store activations and sweat sessions.
• Coach your team daily with game plans and feedback.
• Run the floor and maintain premium visual merchandising.
• Nail the roster with smart schedules and wage targets.
• Own the product from truck to sell-through.
• Know your numbers by reading P&L and tracking KPIs.
