Brand Influence Group seeks a BIG Merchandiser to manage a territory around Wodonga, VIC. This ongoing casual role emphasizes strong relationship-building with retailers, with an hourly rate of AUD 34.34 and mileage/TT allowances.

You will work 12 hours per week across Wednesday to Friday, with flexibility to roster in advance. You'll be part of a mobile field team, performing replenishment, planograms, displays and audits, while representing BIG with professionalism and a can-do attitude.

Competenze

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role

Mansioni

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role

Territory: WODONGA and surrounds

Hours: Average of 12 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Wednesday to Friday availability is essential

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
