Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory around Liverpool, NSW. You’ll work an average of 18 hours per week with Tuesday–Friday availability, building relationships with retailers and ensuring quality displays, planograms, and compliant execution.

You’ll travel with a current Australian driver’s license, operate autonomously, and represent BIG professionally. The role offers flexible hours, local work, and a supportive training environment.

Qualifications

• Current Australian driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a field-based role.
• Comfort with physical duties (standing, walking, lifting).

Responsibilities

• Drive and nurture relationships with store staff.
• Build and maintain in-store displays and planograms.
• Negotiate promotional space and execute planograms.
• Submit daily tasks and photos via mobile device.
• Represent BIG positively with clients.
• Perform physical duties safely (standing, lifting).

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role

Territory: LIVERPOOL and surrounds

Hours: Average of 18 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Tuesday to Friday availability is essential

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
