Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a BIG Merchandiser for Lakewood, NSW. This casual role involves managing an allocated territory with retailers, focusing on replenishment, displays, and launches. Average 15 hours per week with Wednesday-Friday availability; driver’s license and car required.

You’ll work with a local, mobile team to deliver accurate tasks and photo evidence daily. Benefits include advance rosters, competitive hourly rate and local work, plus training and growth

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket/retail/pharmacy or liquor is desirable.
• Current Australian driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Strong and friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining quality displays in store.
• Driving strong relationships with store personnel.
• Negotiating promotional space.
• Executing planograms.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally.
• Safely performing physical requirements including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role

Territory: LAKEWOOD and surrounds (Suburbs may include, but are not limited to,Lake Cathie Lakewood and Lauriton).

Hours: Average of15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)

Availability: Wednesday to Fridayavailability is essential; flexibility forTuesdayis highly regarded.

Essential: Driver license and car
