Blooms The Chemist Crows Nest is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead store operations, coach a frontline team, and drive sales performance. You will partner with the Pharmacist Manager to ensure exceptional customer service and strong store standards.

In this hands-on role, you will manage stock, roster staff, organise promotions, and build connections with the local community while maintaining a positive, high-energy work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams, preferably in pharmacy, health or FMCG.
• Proven ability to drive sales, KPI delivery and customer service excellence.
• Strong organising, communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire the retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive sales growth and achieve key performance targets across retail categories.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the business.
• Manage stock control, inventory levels, and merchandising standards.
• Implement promotional activities and seasonal campaigns in line with Blooms The Chemist programs.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement.
• Prepare and manage staff rosters while maintaining productivity and labour budgets.
• Monitor store presentation to ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
• Support pharmacy services and collaborate closely with pharmacists to achieve business objectives.
