Your Chemist Shop Top Ryde in NSW is seeking a motivated Retail Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will manage stock, merchandising, promotions and inventory while developing a high-performing team.

As a senior retail leader, you will oversee rostering, recruitment, onboarding and staff training, ensuring compliance and high store standards in a busy pharmacy retail environment.

• Strong understanding of stock management and visual merchandising

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the retail team
• Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, promotions and inventory
• Monitor and improve department performance
• Ensure the store is presented to a high standard at all times
• Manage rosters and staff performance
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff training
• Implement promotional campaigns and maximise sales opportunities
• Monitor stock loss, short-dated stock and dead stock
• Ensure store policies, procedures and compliance requirements are followed
• Work closely with the Pharmacist Manager and business owners to achieve store objectives
