Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly staff rosters against forecast sales, ensuring compliance with the applicable award, including pay rates, breaks and record-keeping.
• Ensure full compliance with the Safety program and local council requirements, including temperature checks, cleaning schedules and readiness for compliance evaluations and health inspections.
• Maintain brand presentation standards and execute national promotional campaigns and limited-time offer changeovers on schedule.
• Be responsible for weekly stocktake and inventory management, and weekly inventory and sales reporting to the HQ.
• Drive store sales through upselling programs, catering orders and management of third-party delivery platforms.
• Handle customer feedback, online reviews and complaints, and coordinate local marketing activity, including community and business catering accounts.
• Ensure workplace health and safety obligations are met for staff and customers at all times.

• Manage weekly stock ordering through suppliers, controlling inventory levels, stock rotation (FIFO) and wastage to franchise benchmarks
