Job summary

Star Discount Chemist Marion, part of Star Pharmacy Group, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding healthcare services. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract and requires flexibility to work every second Saturday.

You will manage daily operations, mentor pharmacists and staff, drive professional services, and ensure KPIs are met while maintaining QCPP and 8CPA standards, together with high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Proven experience in pharmacy management or leadership.
• Strong skills in communication, team development, and workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a team of pharmacists, technicians, and retail staff.
• Driving professional services, community engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• Managing budgets, stock control, and store performance to achieve KPIs.

About the Role

As Pharmacy Manager at Star Discount Chemist, you’ll lead a dedicated team and oversee daily pharmacy operations. This full-time role requires flexibility to work every second Saturday.

Your key responsibilities will include:
