Birks Medical Centre Pharmacy – Aitkenvale QLD is seeking a Retail Manager to lead a dedicated team, delivering outstanding customer service and driving store performance.

You will motivate staff, manage stock and rosters, and uphold compliance while fostering a positive, high-performing culture in a fast-paced health retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail or team management experience (pharmacy or health retail ideal).
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and payroll.
• Current or willing-to-obtain police clearance.
• Monday- Friday Availability
