Job summary

Doltone Hospitality Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead daily operations across our Sydney venues.

The successful candidate will oversee food and beverage offerings, manage stock and budgeting, train staff and ensure compliance with food safety standards, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection of food and beverage offerings to maximise profitability.
• Monitor stock usage and set benchmarks for inventory control and service delivery.
• Develop and execute promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
• Engage with customers, provide product recommendations and ensure high service standards.
• Keep accurate records of inventory, sales performance and daily transactions.
• Manage budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and work toward financial targets.
• Lead training and performance management of staff.
• Ensure operations comply with workplace safety, food safety and hygiene regulations.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our growing team and help lead the daily operations across our venues.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this position, we are looking for:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast food or retail management role
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Solid understanding of food handling and hygiene protocols
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
• Experience using POS and stock control systems
• Strong time management and organisational skills

Your Key Responsibilities
