Job summary

Douglas Chemists Sarina is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the store, coach the team and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy community pharmacy. The role offers flexible hours (30–38 per week across 4–5 days), including school-friendly options, with potential to shape the roster and promotions while staying closely aligned with our People First values.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our Sarina team and play an important role in the day-to-day success of the store.

About the Role

As Retail Manager, you will help lead the retail operations of the store, support and develop the team, and ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit.

This is a 30–38 hour per week role, working across 4–5 days, with flexibility around the hours worked. We are open to arrangements that may suit someone looking for school-hours work, such as approximately 9am–3pm, or another mutually suitable schedule.

The hours and roster can be discussed based on the right candidate and the needs of the store.

What You'll Do
