Redland Bay Wholelife Pharmacy & Healthfoods in Redland Bay, Brisbane QLD, is seeking an experienced Assistant Retail Pharmacy Manager to support day-to-day operations of the busy community pharmacy.

Working with the Pharmacy Manager, you will lead and mentor staff, improve workflow, deliver excellent patient service, manage rosters and training, and uphold high professional standards in a progressive pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in community pharmacy, preferably in leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and dispensary workflow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire others.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Retail Pharmacy Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our busy community pharmacy.

Working closely with the Pharmacy Manager and leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, leading and developing team members, supporting workflow efficiencies, and maintaining high professional and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support the management of daily pharmacy operations and workflow.

Lead, motivate, and mentor pharmacy assistants.

Support the achievement of pharmacy and retail performance goals.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Previous experience in community pharmacy, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and dispensary workflow.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to lead by example and inspire others.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Certificate II, III, or IV in Community Pharmacy.
