This role requires strong leadership, retail management experience, and mobile phone and tablet repair skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Revenue Management

• Achieve and exceed sales, gross profit, and KPI targets.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities.

Customer Service

• Deliver outstanding customer service, handling complaints promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Ensure optimal stock levels and oversee product ordering and returns.
• Conduct regular stock checks, minimize shrinkage, and maintain secure stock management.
• Maintain product presentation and signage compliance.

Staff Management

• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff across multiple stores.
• Delegate tasks, manage rosters, monitor attendance, and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain product presentation and signage compliance.
• Manage wage budgets and monitor store expenses.

Compliance & Operations

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain store security and workplace safety.

Requirements
