Job summary

The Fortitudo Group in Brisbane is seeking a Store Manager for a full-time permanent role reporting directly to the Venue Manager and Group Retail Manager. You will possess strong management skills with experience in managing a retail store and a commitment to driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires leadership, staff development, RSA certification, and a hands-on approach to lead the team to success while maintaining stock, displays, and a high standard

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in a similar role.
• Sound understanding of sales performance in the liquor industry with strong product knowledge.
• RSA certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations to high standards.
• Develop and mentor employees, promoting a positive and professional team culture.
• Monitor staff presentation and grooming standards.
• Supervise and train retail attendants of a lower grade.
• Drive sales performance toward store KPIs.
• Maintain stock control and stock ordering.
• Prepare displays and present stock.
• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness.
• Rostering and wage cost management.

About the role
