Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Canberra is seeking a hands-on commercial manager to own the full operational and financial performance of a retail centre. You will manage P&L, budgeting, tenant relationships, and lead a small on-site team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated P&L and budget ownership in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Proven team leadership with a hands-on, accountable approach.
• A real estate licence, or the drive to obtain one with CBRE's full support.

Responsibilities

• Own the centre's P&L and annual budget, including variance analysis and reporting
• Manage outgoings, recoveries, and monthly financial reporting to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to control costs and improve commercial performance
• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and compliance across the asset
• Lead and develop a small on-site team, setting clear expectations and supporting performance
• Build productive relationships with tenants and provide regular performance updates to asset stakeholders
