Qualifications

• Experience managing financial performance (P&L) and budgeting for a retail asset.
• Ability to drive cost control and support stakeholder reporting.
• Strong relationship management with tenants and on-site teams.
• Licence in real estate preferred; CBRE can support/licensing as needed.
