Job summary

Universal Store is seeking a driven retail leader to step into a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role, working closely with the Store Manager to mirror responsibilities and grow in retail leadership.

The successful candidate will operate on a Sunday–Thursday roster, lead store operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding the brand standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a retail environment as a supervisor or ASM.
• Strong selling ability with capability to motivate a team.
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service.
• Solid operational understanding including VM, stock and store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive team performance.
