Job summary

Universal Store is seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. This full-time role covers a Sunday–Thursday roster and offers opportunities for growth into Store Manager roles.

You will coach the team, drive sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service, while executing VM directives and maintaining brand standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
