Universal Store is seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager to work a Sunday-Thursday roster, partnering with the Store Manager to lead operations, sales and customer experience. This full-time role is ideal for someone ready to step into retail leadership and grow toward Store Manager.

You will coach and motivate a team, manage stock insights, execute VM and promotions, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, e.g., Shift Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager.
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and confident communicator.
