Universal Store is seeking a driven retail leader to step into a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role. You will work closely with the Store Manager, mirroring many Store Manager responsibilities and growing your retail leadership career.

The successful candidate will work a Sunday–Thursday roster and contribute to store operations, customer experiences, and sales targets with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
• Ability to motivate a team and drive sales.
• Strong customer service skills and confident communication.
• Solid understanding of visual merchandising, stock and store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on leader thriving in a fast-paced environment.
