Job summary

Universal Store is seeking a driven retail leader for a full-time Assistant Store Manager position. You will work closely with the Store Manager, mirror many Store Manager responsibilities, and lead a Sunday–Thursday roster to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities include leading operations, coaching teams to hit sales targets, executing visual merchandising directives, managing stock insights, and upholding Universal Store culture with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
