You’ll lead from the front, recruit and develop future leaders, foster a positive culture and maximise every sales opportunity in Australia’s largest jewellery group with over 120 years of heritage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Coach team to build authentic customer relationships and maximise every sales opportunity.
• Recruit, coach and develop future leaders while creating a positive, accountable culture where success is recognised and celebrated.
• Drive sales performance, profitability and key business outcomes through strong leadership, sound business and financial acumen, and a relentless focus on results.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory, administration, rostering and loss prevention.
