Prouds Taigum is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, develop people and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.

As a leader on the floor, you will coach and motivate team members, lead by example, and step up to manage store operations in the Store Manager’s absence. Join a storied Australian jeweller with a clear pathway to Store Management.

Qualificações

• Previous retail leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant Manager, 2IC, 3IC or senior sales professional ready for the next step.
• Genuine passion for selling and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to coach, motivate and support others to achieve strong sales results.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager to lead, inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, building authentic customer relationships and maximising every sales opportunity.
• Coach and motivate Team Members to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Take ownership of store performance and operations when the Store Manager is away.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development of Team Members.
• Assist with store operations including inventory, rostering, visual standards and loss prevention.
• Help create a positive, accountable team culture where great performance is recognised and celebrated.
