LE Surfaces Pty Ltd (VADARA) seeks a Retail Business Development Manager to grow the company’s retail presence on the Gold Coast and neighboring regions. You will identify opportunities, manage relationships with retailers, present product solutions, and drive revenue growth through strategic account expansion.

You will travel regionally, including overnight stays, and coordinate with operations, product, and customer service teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or account management.
• Strong relationship-building skills with retailers and key decision-makers.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Identify, prospect and develop new retail business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail customers and key decision-makers.
• Present product solutions and value propositions to potential and existing retail clients.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to contract closure and delivery.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline, activity and results to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote VADARA, LE Surfaces.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM systems.
• Heavy lifting may be required for merchandising setups.
