Job summary

Talent Nation partners with one of Australia's leading property investment and funds management businesses to appoint a commercially minded ESG leader for the Retail sector. Based in Sydney, you will report to the Head of Retail Finance and work with Funds, Property, Asset Management and the Group ESG function to drive sustainability initiatives.

You will oversee emissions reporting, energy procurement, investor disclosures and sustainability data management, ensuring compliance with reporting

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ESG leadership across finance, property or infrastructure.
• Experience with sustainability reporting and mandatory disclosures.
• Strong financial modelling and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Retail ESG strategy and align with overall ESG framework.
• Collaborate with Retail, Finance, and Asset teams to deliver initiatives.
• Oversee emissions reporting, energy procurement, and investment disclosures.
• Prepare investor ESG reporting and respond to questionnaires.
• Drive sustainability-linked projects that create portfolio value.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive accountability for outcomes.
