Job summary

ERM is seeking an experienced senior leader to head our ESG Data Management practice in Australia, at Partner or Consulting Director level. You will drive strategic growth, lead complex data and sustainability projects, and mentor multidisciplinary teams across Sydney and Melbourne.

You will build trusted client relationships, translate ESG data strategies into actionable programs, and expand accounts through cross-selling of ERM services.

Qualifications

• Education: BS/MS in sustainability, accounting, finance, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in ESG data management and GHG accounting.
• Experience leading large-scale technology or data transformation programs.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and influence executives.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record in business development.
• Established network in ESG data management and sustainability reporting.

• Define and execute growth strategy for ESG Data Management practice.
• Lead large-scale ESG data management and sustainability reporting engagements.
