The G’day Group is seeking a Senior ESG Analyst to lead our ESG strategy, climate reporting and governance. You will partner with senior leadership to establish ESG priorities, strengthen governance and ensure accurate reporting of ESG risks and opportunities.

You will collaborate across the organisation and with external ESG specialists to stay aligned with evolving regulations, standards and best practices in sustainability reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISSB, AASB S2, GRI and TCFD, and Australian sustainability reporting requirements.
• Experience in ESG reporting, GHG inventories, carbon accounting and assurance processes.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and data interpretation skills.
• Understanding of ESG risk, governance and integration into business operations.
• Excellent communication, project management and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and report on Net Zero Strategy and Decarbonisation Roadmap, with targets and initiatives.
• Prepare ESG and climate reporting for boards, committees, investors and external bodies.
• Manage collection, validation, analysis and reporting of ESG/GHG data with strong controls.
• Perform climate/sustainability analysis, scenario modelling and financial evaluations (IRR/NPV/payback).
• Provide internal ESG guidance, monitor regulations and engage external specialists as needed.
