Job summary

The Good Guys is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our Ballarat store. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will execute store operations and support a sales-driven culture that aims for profitable growth.

You will handle cash, stock integrity, multi-channel fulfillment, and customer enquiries while helping deliver excellent service, merchandising, and promotional activities. We value flexibility and offer hybrid working for eligible roles within the JB Hi-Fi Group.

Responsibilities

Cash handling and tendering transactions.
Store multi-channel fulfilment and stock integrity.
Telephone management and enquiries.
Marketing and promotional activity.
Contribute to financial performance through inventory management and controllable expenses.
Manage all sales channel fulfilment in line with procedures.
Collaborate with the team to deliver a positive store and channel experience for customers and resolve complaints.
