Job summary

The Good Guys in Australia is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to support store operations and deliver a sales‑focused, positive customer experience.

You will handle cash and enquiries, manage store multichannel fulfilment and stock integrity, assist with promotions, and contribute to strong financial performance while continually developing product knowledge. This role offers hybrid working where eligible and opportunities for career progression within the JB Hi-Fi Group.

Responsibilities

• Cash handling and tendering transactions
• Store multi-channel fulfilment and stock integrity
• Telephone management and enquiries
• Marketing and promotional activity
• Contribute to financial performance through inventory management and controllable expenses
• Manage all sales channel fulfilment in line with procedures
• Collaborate with team to deliver a consistent store and channel experience and resolve customer queries
• Contribute to brand and store presentation through merchandising and in-store marketing
• Continue to develop sales skills and product knowledge through online platforms and internal training
